Project Formulation Study for Climate Change (Water Resources Management)

Project Features
Improvement of water resources management to mitigate salt water contamination of drinkable groundwater due to rising sea levels, and resolve issues on shortage of drinking water due to changes in rainfall patterns caused by global climate change.

Scope of Services
Site investigation at major sites to assess water supply condition and salt water contamination; Data collected include: existing water tanks, wells, water demand and supply volume during dry periods, status of drainage system for domestic wastewater, and other pollution sources; Identified issues in water resources management and prepared a preliminary report recommending mitigation and adaptation measures.
